Schwarzenberg Real Estate is mandated with the forward deal | forward funding of a new construction portfolio in the area of „senior living“.
The portfolio has a volume of approx. EUR 110 million and consists of 9 properties located in southern and central Germany and the new federal states.
The task of the renowned project developer is to place the corresponding units on the investment market via a forward deal | forward funding.
The properties are partly in the approval and construction phase, partly already in the completion phase.
Leon Blank: „The recent past now increasingly shows that the asset class „senior and age-appropriate housing“ has lost little of its dynamism despite the current crisis. For many investors, this asset class represents a good, sensible alternative and supplement to the previous residential and office asset classes.“
Accordingly, along with logistics, senior housing appears to be one of the few asset classes that will emerge as winners from the crisis.
